Those prisoners needs nice people who sits and talks with them every day, maybe play games with them, watch movies with them. People who'd give them trust in the future, hope, a reason to want to get better.

@chamnaewon6773 I know, but the thought that these guys will come back outside is scary..therefor I'd rather have them back out if they have been treated kindly, learning things, eating properly, having spent time outside in a small garden with trees, played football or whatever, their freedom has been taken away yes, that's good, but to tak away any human interaction and any human surroundings might not exactly benefit them or us...
