Well, black kids are often louder and more heard of in schools, that is not a negative thing but that is why they get more attention and it's usually the same black kids that do those things and maybe there are white kids too but the white kids tend to keep themselves more quiet and maybe not as pushy, so the black ones are those who stands out more..and gets more of the blames therefor. I don't know, but this is my opinnion about it, maybe I'm wrong.
