  1. inFinland,you can't do anything to the criminal ,you can catch him and hold him(maybe)until police arrives but if you hurt the criminal you are in trouble..here the law is always on the criminals side. And they don't get much punishment either so its really no big need to report them,they hardly ever get jail-time,very very seldom,and the worse they get is they have to pay some money to the victim,that's all,and of course their name is forever known so they change their name often. And then they continue their lives while the victim suffers for the rest of her/his life. So if you want the predator to get punished; you have to do it by yourself and then of course go to jail for it,wich is not cleaver as the predator is still free and your daughter/son then has noone to protect them as you are in jail..

  2. here in my country in Scandinavia the "poor" man would have gotten lots of money after the dad "humiliated" him and probably hit him,before he actually did anything. And held him against his will until police came. I envy you people in America who can actually stand up for your rights and protect your family before something happens. here we have to wait for it to have happened.And even then we can not use too much power towards the "poor" bastard because he still has got his "human rights"(what human,when he is as far from human as can get) Here you CAN do what the dad did; but for God's sake don't call the police afterwards cause then you are in trouble.
