the most gorgeous partners are more likely to cheat than ordinary partners. Who wants to be the mistress of an average looking and a bit boring man ...if you are gorgeus in many ways you attract more women! so it is better for women to marry a not so hot guy I guess!

@Edwin Davies yes,exactly,we are no angels anyone of us but we certainly don't "deserve" to be murdered!! I hate the expression "she didn't deserve to die", who the heck deserves to die??(well yes,rapers and really evil people but talking about normal people it is so needless to comment how he/she didn't deserve it)

But please don't rush into a new relationship; your new gf or wife will get her self pregnant and you start all over again with the same life you had...stay single for a while at least and enjoy it!!! I've done it and have stayed single for the last 15yrs and I've loved every minute of it!! what annoys me is that everyone is asking "when are you going to find a new man"??? I tell everyone I dont WANT a new man,I'm living a wonderful life having fun with my divorced friends and travel the world!! would't change a thing!!!

@giocommentary exactly,I never want to get married again,once I've tried it! Iwish more people would enjoy beeing single as much as I do,the freedom,no stress,no forced compromises,no explanations whatsover... I can't praise it enough!!! Just take care of your friends so that you won't feel alone,and when you regularly meet with good friends you really appreciate and love and look forward to beeing alone in your home between!!!

@johanna2690 if living alone is what makes you feel safe and happy,then you have the perfect life!!! I'm single, middle age, and would not for anything in this world share my home with another person(exept for my children)

exactly!! People rush to get married,one of my friends married a man she wasn't even in love with,just because she was scared that maybe she'll never meet the perfect man and she has to stay single all her life..however she grew to like her husband a lot,not love but she is happy enough. People are taught since day one that they need to find another adult so they can be happy. What nonsence is that?! you can be happy by beeing single also,another adult to share your home with is no guarantee for happiness. I live alone and will stay alone,it makes me feel happy and safe to be able to do what I want,when I want!

@amorg26 aren't we applauding to everything good in the States?! As soon as someone pets a cat in the street he or she should go on Oprah and also get a Go found me and free mortage...so why not applaud a man who goes through a divorce without murdering his wife?!

@kayhope2602 but for some weird reason it is more disturbing when your hot husband cheats on you than when your average looking husband cheats on you...you'd like to think your hot husband is only attracted to you,that noone else can have him,so when you realize a lot of other women can have him too you get really pissed. BUT when your boring-looking husband sleeps around you kind of look down at his mistresses like"what do you want him for,look at him,can't you get any one better"???

@GreatLakesLogger well,and I would fight to death to keep my freedom,now that I know how nice it can be to be single and not beeing involved with another adult in everything you do,cause marriage is about communicating,listeni g,agreeing,compromising..ugh,beeing single you skip all that,you just live and enjoy life!!

@GreatLakesLogger why on earth are you so afraid of people who can and want to live their life without another adult in their household?? We are different people on this planet and some of us are simply not the types that finds any need in sharing their house with somebody else!! some of us are totally capable of taking care of our selves and enjoying life to the fullest and having friends and making food and watching tv without a nother adult "sharing" that with us!! I don't own a car either,but I enjoy and take pleasure of riding busses,trams,trains and subways,I don't need a car to fulfill myself! All the money that I would put on a car I put on vacations instead,travelling and seeing the world! I love my free life while you sit and wait for your spouse to tell you what your plans will be for to night and for next summer. I do what I want to and you do what you can and may and what you and your spouse agree to do,sounds like a jail to me but I'm happy for you if you enjoy it! Because lots of people can not live alone and for them it is good to find a spouse to help them enjoy life!

It should be impossible to doubble your wifes/husbands insurances without having your wife/husband with you to the office and personally sign a paper!!! AND a wife/husband should NEVER make their spouse the benefitter, make your children or your siblings or your parents the benefitters!!! NOT your husband or wife!!! They aren't even blood-related to you!

@GreatLakesLogger sorry but I suggest more people should try to stay single and find the joy and freedom about it,instead of beeing brainwashed that the only right way to live is with another adult!! People,make up your own minds,if marriage makes you feel trapped then try living by your own for a while and see if that fits your personality better! Living alone but with lots of friends around you, is the best and healthiest way for me and for many others also,instead of changing partner all the time trying to find"the perfect one",when the trueth might be that you are better off living by your own,you just don't know it because you are too scared to try it. Saying that all single people are selfish,is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard??? What is selfish about wanting to live alone?? I have never heard that statement before,are people without a dog selfish too? because they don't want a dog in their household?! That must be selfish too,right! Not wanting to get up in the morning to walk yourr dog but instead get to sleep long in the morning..sounds selfish to you I guess!

@GreatLakesLogger to be honest,sounds boring and meanless to me. I skip all that by living my life the way I feel happy about it,and so should everyone else too. No one is giving you credit at the end "wow,10 points,you were married" or "oh,well you lived your life single so you get 2 points" 🤗

@meganstokes7075 sounds awful. He hasn't broken you unless you allow him to have done it. don't allow him. Stranger things have happened than divorces..the business you have makes a proböem for sure though. Well you just have to sell the business I guess.(I have been there,we sold the business,luckiky ww had no kids,but I would have left anyway. I think I would have left the kids to him if he had demanded on it. I needed to leave. Now it is 25years ago!!!!
