  1.  @James-tv2bm  Because she lifted him up to stand on the fence!!! According to the news she didn't even hold on to him!!! she just assumed he could stand on the fence alone!!! Even an adult would have fell from there!!

  2. did the mother lift the boy up on the fence WITHOUT to hold on to him for dear life??? How sick is that?? IF you lift the child to stand on the reiling WITHOUT to hold on to him,well,then I guess there is more to this story that has to be digged into...does the mom have other children??

  5.  @childishpaco7447  yhe net didnt work because it is not supposed to catch humans!!!! only items like hats or handbags. A mother does NOT endanger her little babyboy by lifting him up to stand on a fence and then wonder why he couldn't balance on the fence!!!

  8. @Atilla but if we think in your way then everything should be closed; no more balconys in buildings as someone might put their babies to balance on the railing,and no more stairs in houses because what if parents let their babies sit or stand on the railings upstairs?? No more windows that can be opened either. Everything has to be closed because of lunatics???
