One thing I don't understand; why is it awful and forbidden for parents to misstreat their children but not for the juridical system and guardians? When the parents did awful things they went to jail but once the system didn't give a damn to care for them and take care of them and provide them with the money that was collected by people, that's okay and no one goes to jail? So a parent can not mistreat but the outside world can as long as they are under the goverment? I have been reading so much about these children and what happened to them outside was just as bad, placing them in terrible fosterhomes, and in bad cheap areas and the guardian not giving the older boy HIS money to buy a bicycle to make it easier to move around and telling him to "google it" when he asked for help??? Shame on the American system. But the parents must be filled with joy knowing their children continued to be treated bad even in the outside world...I want to cry when I think about these siblings.
