  2. I don't see any evidence of Emile beeing guilty. And IF he was guilty he should not be charged because Victoria wanted him to go free so it would serve her right if he'd try to kill her again!

  3. there is no proof he tried to kill Victoria. She probably got some blood from him somehow and placed it by the oven.
