  1. I ha e no idea what you mean,why couldnt he be a black American? I dont understand your logic,for example my children are half of two countries also and its normal for me to point that out,as they are not 100% of one country,though they only live in one country. So why was it wrong to mention that this man is half American and half Vietnamese?? I'm sure he is proud of it,why should you have problem with it?
