  1. The one who hit should be banned from wrestling for life. If not for life then at least till his brains have fully developed wich is at age 23-25. He is obviously mentally only about 12 years old, and should be treated that way. Maybe at 25 he will mentally be about 18 and will understand the rules of wrestling better, right now he needs to focus on growing up decently, not to make an even more fool of himself.
