  2. On one hand yes. On the other hand I'd prefer to keep it a familymatter, have a small party with just mum,dad and siblings, and later throw a bigger party for extended family and fiends. But everyone has to do as suits them best.

And no"I hope God has mercy on your soul" before executing them, if you say those silly words then it's like you feel sorry for the murderer, like you don't really think he should have to die, although he murdered someones child or mother or whoever. Leave that warnout sentence, and just kill the animal.
