they should have neglected who he was, his profession, compleately. Just state his name and one photo. But on the other hand, this teaches other women to be careful, to escape the marriage much much earlier. I escaped my awful, frightening marriage at the moment when my exhusband started demanding me to go home after my work, not seeing my friends or family, and when he started to call my job saying bad things about them and me..I was married exactly one year when I filed for divorce, never saw him after that, THANK GOD we had no kids! After that I only wanted a man to have kids with but not to live with. Did that, I'm almost 60 now and have had a wonderful life❤my main interest in life is my adult kids and travelling❤❤

a 3-year old can be very baby-ish OR very mature. I work with 3-year olds and a few of them are very alert to their sourroundings BUT can also say things that are expected, for example if "Billy" often pushes other kids and a kid is crying, the alert 3-year old might say "Billy pushed her" even if Billy wasn't even in the room. But once you tell him "Billy wasn't here, he couldn't have caused Meghan to cry, so can you tell me what happened? after a while the alert one says exactly what happened, and we know it's the truth by eliminating what we know could NOT have happened. Billy did NOT push her, Max was not even here, it was only you, Hattie and John in the room with Ella, so WHY is Ella crying? At that point the three year old either says "I don't know, OR he says Ella fell from the chair or Hattie pushed Ella to get her toy. When we then ask Hattie "did you push Ella"? she starts to cry and say yes because I had the toy first, OR she says nothing but she is holding on to the toy that Ella was playing with when I turned my back to deal with something else, or something similar. We know exactly wich three year old we can ask and how to help him say what happened. So eliminating a three year old just because he is too young is wrong, you need to find out first on wich level he/she is, is she a very mature, verbal child or a babyish mummy's child who won't say anything intelligent anyway.
