David Cameron signed the UK up to the EU "Bail in Fund" with the FSA, Bank of England and the IMF ....in the event of another financial collapse Banks etc won't be bailed out by Governments anymore but Will be able to regain liquidity by taking peoples deoosit accounts ....in return people are to be given bank "credits" .....hey presto cashless society and central bank digital currency Implimented
