Hi John , please look into Bill Gates funding $1.3m in 2008 to a man called Yoshihiro Kawaoka to identify mutations in the 1918 Spanish Flu that could cause Pandemics and then spliced them with Bird Flu H5N1 thus creating Zooanotic Risk, then in 2009 Bill Gates funded $9.5m to the University of Wisconsin -Madison to make the gene PB2 found in mammals succumb to the virus ...especially affecting the lungs.
