  2. What also needs exposing mad questions asked at this enquiry is WHY was PCR used outside its design at 45cycles/94oC/15secs ???? As PCR creator Dr Kary Mullis stated ..... under 18cycles it won't pick anything up so 18 - 25 cycles ....once over 25cycles it starts to produce False Positives ...and once over 30 cycles is almost 100% FALSE Positive .
