Dr Cambell , please look into what the Gates Foundation in 2008 paid a man called Yoshihiro Kowaoka $1.3m to research using genes/strains from the 1918 Spanish Flu which could cause "Pandemics"...... ....also what the Gates Foundation paid $9.5m in 2009 to University Wiscon Madison to take Kowaoka's research and e ginger it so it will affect gene "PB2" found in all mammals including humans and to specifically affect the lungs.
