The HOTTEST RECORDS ....ONLY because they've been using satellites to measure GROUND temperature instead of air temperature as they've been doing previously ....last year's "HOTTEST" temperature was taken at the end of a tarmac airfield runway immediately after 3 fighter jets had taken off ..... pure blatant FRAUD .
