  1. The NHS is no longer fit for purpose , koney isn't an issue its waste mismanagement , massive increase in pointless middle management and fraud/waste in procurement. Get Matrons back running the wards Most Hospitals are e,pity at the weekend's with staff/consultants etc clocking off Need to have qualified doctors working the x Ray machines ,scanners etc to give a diagnosis there and then rather than passing the buck further down the line for weeks ..... as an example ..... If the Hospitals were run like Vets practices more people would get seen and treated
