  1. Yes the behaviour may well be reprehensible. ... BUT if they'd done as requested by the police in the first place and nott attacked the female officers ....as ultimately and bluntly it was their response to police requests that led to this situation . In saying all that , the man on the floor was NO risk to any of the officers safety , same as if an intruder in your home turns their back on you and heads for the door to exit you home he is no longer considered a threat and I you we force its assault.
