No , he said while in a discussion with friends who posed the question which would be the next Islamic country with Nuclear weapons said after mentioning Pakistan etc that perhaps it would actually be the UK under a Labour Government ( meaning due to the demographic projections , immigration and birth rates of those from Islamic countries ) .... and when you take into consideration official estimates that BY 2050 the Mulsim population of the UK is estimated at 34 million ...... what he said has merit .
