  1. The microchips were to track the person NOT the knife ..... On the UK Sid of things .... On the carrying/using of knives and punishment is quite simple ..... if a person wishes to carry a knife lawfully then that's their lawful right ... BUT if that knife is used in the commissioning of a crime then 10 years no ifs no buts and if the use of the knife in the commissioning of th crime results in loss of life ......Death Penalty .

  2. Kitchen knives are used in the majority of stabbings , also other items used to kill people .....golf clubs , cricket hats , chisels , hammers , cars etc etc
