I thought he stopped participating when the judge refused to allow him to present the defence he wanted (which I don't understand how judges can prevent a defendant from defence--someone please help).

@seanhachey2195 While we do have some issues, please don't gloss over yours (eg guilty until proven innocent in a court of public opinion, especially for sx assault suspects not even yet proven guilty).

@jasonfeatherstone7105 Hmm. In that case, can he not sue for ineffectual and fraudulent counsel? Perhaps get the $billions from them and then use that to pay the victims? The lawyer must serve the client and not work for the other side, right, or is there a limit? I believe in communist countries, even the defence attorney answers to the Court, not the defendant. Please tell me it's not like that in certain circumstances.
