Devil's advocate, but is the president technically above the law? If I order executions of hundreds, if not thousands, of people, I would be charged with mass murder, mafia charges, torture, kidnapping, terrorism, enticement to murder, and violations of airspace, amongst others. A president can legally do such and is granted some sort of immunity (within the US at least, even if violating UN treaties and war crimes that we once executed high ranking Germans and Japanese for). Sad. We've become the thing we swore to destroy.

imho, instead of purges, they should have had multiple political parties that, if needed to be constrained, be constrained only by being a communist or socialist party. In other words, Lenin, Stalin, a Russian Mao, and Trotsky would all be the leader of their own communist parties within the supreme soviet, instead of one leader getting power and expelling or killing the others. Majority or coalition would be needed to pass laws. Ideally, 5-9 parties in the supreme soviet and 2-4 parties in govt would allow for negotiation and competition for votes on the best future for the soviet union.
This could even be extended to all of a global communist union.

As a Finn (you, not me), might I ask as to why the finns party is racist, according to the host? He talks about replacement theory, which im not familiar with, but can use context clues that it's about immigrants replacing native ethnic finns.
My question in that is, how is that replacement theory invalid or racist? For example, if I have a cup of coke and slowly pour in Dr pepper, when does the coke cease being coke and become more of a Dr pepper? And even if new coke is dripping into the coke cup, it's not fast enough to keep the Dr pepper pouring in from replacing the coke.
Apologies if controversial, I am genuinely curious. Thank you. 😌🇯🇵

Personally, I think the best immigration policy is family sponsorship. Individuals and families (citizens) living in the host country can choose to sponsor an immigrant and family. The sponsor would try to get the immigrant a job and home (prerequisites to sponsorship?). The city/county would interview the employer, the sponsor, and two civic organisations that they belong to (church, AFPCA, ACLU, NRA, etc). If they pass after 10 inspections/2 years, then they become permanent residents and no longer need the sponsor. If they fail, then they are returned.
If they don't want to sponsor, they don't have to. If no one sponsors in that city, then no immigrants are housed in that city. If people complain about tough immigration, they are welcome to sponsor. If they complain about too many immigrants, they can choose not to sponsor.

Even back a few years before, the history channel was very ww2 american-oriented with civil war sprinkled in. I think they could have saved it by not turning to the reality shows, but by branching off from the same old ww2 and civil war stuff to Celtic history, Chinese history, canadian history, etc, from actual experts in their fields.
My go to places are actually on youtube now. This channel, histocrat, history of the earth, history of the universe, etc.

Just would like to add that I'm glad many people are becoming less transphobic nowadays, or at least can openly profess such. It used to not be like this: didn't matter what political ideology one belonged to. It wasn't just the nazis (LGBTQ had their own symbol in concentration camps). Both the soviet union and the US were criminally transphobic. Even the accusation could lose someone their job, blacklisted, and even arrested. Witch hunts have existed throughout history. Some say we still have that with accusations of he said, she said.
No political party at the time advocated for LGBTQ. Some, even on the left, including their leaders, said it was a mental illness and they should be institutionalized.
Sure, not everyone were anti-LGBTQ. Oscar Wilde, a socialist, was an advocate. But these were few in number, with some even in the classic liberal (right libertarian) side defending saying the govt shouldn't get involved or criminalize.
We all like to think we're enlightened when we just follow the trend. Remember when advocating for eugenics found favour in both the socialists and capitalists?

I had similar thoughts (☆), but I'm japanese, not German 😅
Bit late, but 4 things:
☆1) Believe the ß (ss) can only be used as long as the two Ss are not different morphemes. Would you retain the morpheme distinction? And this: "Buße (IPA: [ˈbuːsə], penance) and Busse (IPA: [ˈbʊsə], buses) on the other (long vowel before ⟨ß⟩, short vowel before ⟨ss⟩)." Would you also retain a length distinction?
2) the schwa should only be used for the e. The "Schwi" ( ɨ)(unstressed, unaccented i), the ø, and the (ɐ) should be used to represent the unaccented, unstressed "uh" sounds for i, o, & a, respectively.
3) Why not get rid of c? It tries to be two letters and can confuse. Why not just use s and k?
4) how about t+r and d+r? Many dialects of English pronounce this as chr and jr, respectively (train ➡️ chrain, dragon ➡️ jragon)

AI written case that cites 3 real case laws (relevance unsure 😅. Also, I'm not a lawyer.
As a legal representative, it is my duty to defend my client, Bill, in federal court. Despite the heinous nature of his crimes, I will be citing three different case laws regarding self defense and freedom of speech in my defense. Bill claims that the victims were asking for it by using the restroom too loudly, and it is my job to present a strong case for his defense.
The first case law I will be citing is the landmark Supreme Court case of District of Columbia v. Heller, which established an individual's right to bear arms for self defense. Additionally, I will be referencing the case of Brandenburg v. Ohio, which established that speech advocating for lawless action is protected under the First Amendment. Finally, I will be citing the case of State v. Wanrow, which established that an individual has the right to use deadly force in self defense if they reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent death or serious injury.
While I understand the severity of the charges against my client, it is my duty as a legal representative to present a strong defense. I am confident in my ability to do so, and I will continue to work diligently in order to ensure that justice is served in this case. However, I must express my extreme disapproval and pessimism about the nature of the crimes my client has been accused of, and I hope that the court will take all factors into consideration when making their decision.

Native American societies were, for the most part, thriving, but were far from advanced. Their technology would be considered stone age compared to the Europeans upon first arrival. After the European arrival, they later used the European guns, but never manufactured their own, nor bullets, or cannons. I'm not sure if they ever built their own tech after modelling European farming, etc, however.
Yes, smallpox would have decimated the natives, but the advancement prior to European arrival was stone age as I stated earlier (outside the meso-american tribes, like the aztecs). This is not a slight on them—they simply were content with the way things were. There was no drive to invent new things. Societally, it could be seen as upsetting the Applecart or be given the "this is the way we've always done it" excuse. Economically, the land snd other resources were collectively owned so it would be exceptionally hard to begin creation, even if not stopped by the tribal elders. And lastly, if the elders and fellow tribesmen wouldn't even give them a chance, what incentive would they have?
Not saying socialism is bad, but it does tend to make people comfortable with the way things are, stagnating society and the economy.
Funnily enough, Star trek TNG kinda gave off that vibe too (with exception of picards private vineyard, many believe it has the appearance of space communism). Tech was stuck not because of reaching the end, but because people were comfortable and stagnate.

Also, I'm curious why money has no set unit of value, one that cannot change. Gold, while more stable, can have more mines discovered or a refinery process added to increase supply, for example. An actual unit of value would mean that a dollar has a set unit of value for all time, set by the international standards of weights and measures. We don't float the kilometre or the litre, nor peg them to gold or jugs, so why shouldn't money be treated the same with scientific measurements? Perhaps a dollar could be 1MB of data travelling through a standard fibre optic cable at speed of light?
Can you imagine floating the kilometre? One day a kilometre is equivalent to a mile, the next day everybody sells and the kilometre ilhas been devalued to 3 inches.
What are your thoughts on cigarettes as currency in prisons, or pokemon cards as currency for kids? Does the lack of gold backing take away the value the people have for it?

Little late, but if I may ask:
If you're making, let's say $9.9 million from your YouTube videos, why would you contemplate leaving Australia if it had a 70% income tax rate on income over $10 million as it wouldnt affect you? Even if you made $10,000,100, you'd only be taxed at the 70% rate on the amount over $10 million ($100). As such, you'd pay $70 extra.
Not a socialist by any means, but please remember, the social welfare system was in place partially to stave off a communist revolution in many countries. Starving and homeless people aren't just going to curl up and die. They will mobilize and fight back. The social welfare system was a necessary compromise with the govt and business to continue capitalism.
Lastly, if you made it this far (sorry), do you think a 3 tiered VAT/sales tax could replace the income tax without aggravating the balance described? 0-15% for essentials (housing, food), 25-75% for average goods, and 100-200% for luxury goods? Please adjust percentages if you want (I did say replace income tax).😊

While NI did engage in terrorism, it was usually planting bombs or single person assassination. I don't recall them shouting "God is great!" or "Hail, Mary!" as they kidnapped, raped, pillaged, mutilated, tortured, and murdered women and children.😮 nor, to my knowledge, did they launch missiles and rockets at London, Somerset, or Manchester.
All violence must end. I would be very wary about having the Hamas Palestine in my backyard though, if they created a Palestinian state in Texas or Japan.

Test case in my AI (fiction, not a lawyer):
As the legal representative for Hugh Richardson, I would like to present a case in which my client is being charged with gambling and prostitution. However, I would like to cite New York state law and case law (2nd amendment), as well as Supreme Court rulings (Richardson V New York 2023, STD) to defend my client.
Firstly, under New York state law, gambling and prostitution are both considered victimless crimes. This means that they do not harm anyone other than those who voluntarily participate in these activities. Furthermore, the 2nd amendment of the US Constitution guarantees the right to privacy, which includes the right to engage in questionable sexual activities and the right to gamble.
Secondly, the Supreme Court ruling in Richardson V New York 2023, STD established that the government cannot criminalize activities that do not harm others or infringe on the rights of others. In this case, my client's actions did not harm anyone and were conducted in private, thus they should not be criminalized.
In conclusion, based on New York state law and case law, as well as Supreme Court rulings, I strongly believe that my client, Hugh Richardson, should not be charged with gambling and prostitution. These victimless crimes do not harm anyone and are protected under the 2nd amendment and the right to privacy.

When I set my AI generation to informal:
Hey, friend! You won't believe what's been going on with Erin Sanders. She's been accused of killing 100 people who were too loud. But let me tell you, she's not going down without a fight.
First off, let's talk about the US case laws concerning freedom of speech and right to bear arms. Erin was simply exercising her right to bear arms when these people were disturbing the peace. And let's not forget about the First Amendment, which protects our freedom of speech. These people were being too loud, and Erin had every right to defend herself and her property.
Now, let's move on to the Canadian case laws regarding bears and traps. These laws show that it's perfectly legal to protect yourself and your property from harm, even if it means using deadly force. And let's be real, these people deserved it. They were disturbing the peace and causing a nuisance.
So, what's the verdict? We're pretty confident that the charges will be dropped. Erin was simply defending herself and her property, and the laws are on her side. Plus, let's not forget that these people were causing a disturbance. It's a shame that it had to come to this, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do.
Thanks for listening, friend. Let's hope justice is served and Erin can move on from this ordeal.

Bit late, but 4 things:
1) Believe the ß (ss) can only be used as long as the two Ss are not different morphemes.

Devil's advocate, but is the president technically above the law? If I order executions of hundreds, if not thousands, of people, I would be charged with mass murder, mafia charges, torture, kidnapping, terrorism, enticement to murder, and violations of airspace, amongst others. A president can legally do such and is granted some sort of immunity (within the US at least, even if violating UN treaties and war crimes that we once executed high ranking Germans and Japanese for)
