  1. Chinese's preference for a whiter skin is a known issue (as with most filipinos and other south east asians). So a racial discrimination towards darker skin is not unusual... whether among mixed race or darker chinese. Also those tolerant towards darker skin colors are indeed the minority.

  2.  @johnmendoza2021  In Africa they will either kill you or chop off a part of you to be eaten if you're Albino. That's a whole different story. Not in other parts of the world.
