Employment inflation is high because its driven by rising rents among other things which mean job seekers can't afford a low paying jobs, which means high turnover everytime someone get a .25 cent increase in job offers. You need to flush off the excess liquidity in the market - not at construction companies but those that can afford to buy with cash such as chinese investors.
