  1. Ray is being very kind on China. There are so many issues unique to china which is very problematic: 1. Ghost cities, poor quality tofu buildings and unfinished apartments. You may be able to trash the buildings but you can't just trash the loans without tremendous pain. 2. Ray said water is a problem... indeed it is 3. Population decline - I don't see how they can get out of that problem. Most don't even realize how big a problem this is for China especially when you couple that with gender imbalance.
