I have families in Malaysia and Singapore and unfortunately they have very favorable view of China and the complete opposite on the US. Very unfortunate indeed. On another note, I am horrified that chinese people eat dogs by boiling them alive. General moral awareness is lacking as evidenced in excessive corruptions, poor treatment of the poor and rights activists, discrimination, etc. Hopefully this challenging time will help raise moral awareness of the society as a whole. There are many flaws in the chinese society which makes them less sensitive to humanity and more focus on making money.

Same for Malaysian chinese. Their own govt abandoned them and they are looking to china for some sort of economic support.

@samo4003 Singaporeans are very proud of their chinese heritage naturally. However they do feel quite threatened by the Malaysian govt which control their water resources and with bigger population. So China the ugly frog naturally fits in the prince charming narrative.

@巴啦啦能量-x4x I am terrified at those people who can enjoy a meal knowing how cruel suffering the dog has to go thru. Can you eat a meal like that? Likewise I am terrified at how a person can take an organ of another live human being. I cannot deny that Falon Gong members have high moral values who has to suffer and go thru such suffering. But there are too many people who don't really care for anything but themselves are those that I blame. Western media also exposes animal cruelty in US farms so don't close your eyes to people's suffering. If you close your eyes then you will not find honor.
