  3. Chinese elites with any kind of money pay hundreds of thousands for their kids to study abroad. Foreigners pay nothing to study in china. This is why china is so great!........ convincing foreigners to study there because I sure won't study in china. A chinese degree may be useful in Singapore and Africa but not in the west.
