  2. To think that the chinese has good work ethic makes me either puke or laugh. To top it off, real estate is their largest contribution to GDP. They may have created a pile of dirt for themselves.

  3. Need to add to this local politicians, sub contractors, etc more so than the lowly architects. The top boss probably said they didn't need any kind of reinforcements or just make it for show only.
