  1. Is this type of stupidity happening in all of china? Maybe there are some areas where people have more common sense and act more sensibly? Afterall, we hear chinese people are smart.... but obviously what I am seeing here is not smart at all... it is so lacking in common sense that it is hard to believe that the instructions are coming from the top of the govt.
