  1. Macron's duty, as guarantee to Minsker Agreement, was to facilitate peaceful process in the Eastern Ukraine. His duty was to suspend any kind of support to countries that are governed by nationalistic ideologies that discriminate ethnic minorities. His duty was to assure that French aid flows to needed and not to corrupt dealers. His duty was to assure that French armaments won't be used for shelling civil targets in Ukraine. He hai failed on ALL these points.
