@edwardkennedy6443 Ukraine will forever have Russia as a neighbor. It's geography. It showed inability to be a sovereign country and build good relations with Russia as Austria, Hungary, Mongolia, Azerbaijan or China are able to. Russia gave Ukraine a manumission 30 years ago but Ukraine searched for a suzerain to sell itself out. Now it might receive a second chance. If it had wise leaders they would grab it.

@edwardkennedy6443 About what slavery do you speak?! Ukrainians have the same rights as all Soviet citizens. The last two communist leaders, Chrustchev and Brezhnew were Ukrainians and there were hundreds thousands of Ukranian communists and KGB officiers in the USSR. Russia is a capitalist country. The difference between Ukraine and Russia is only one: Russia wants to be souverain and independent and Ukraine is a vassal state. Any thinking person understands that Zelenski and his team run errands for the USA and oligarchs. You live in illusions, in the next episode of Zelenski's low quality film and pop satire production. Wake up! Or it willbe too late.

@edwardkennedy6443 I am also from that region (one grandpa Ukrainian, another Armenian, grandmothers are Russian) Your compatriots who eager to fight are canon fodder and dummies if they don't realise that they are used and waisted. Ukraine could be a happy state if people there learned to value friendship and honesty more than greediness and pride. I wish all people peace, especially those who live in the former USSR.

Let be honest. Putin has not started the wars in Chechnya, Georgia, Ukraine. He finished the war in Chechnya and Georgia and hopes to repeat it Ukraine.

Mr. Varoufakis was against Russian military operation in Chechnya, he is against it in Ukraine. ☮️ and ❤️. Nice. What were his suggestions for resolving these bloody conflicts burning there for years? To ignore them like the West did? Varoufakis is an impotent dreamer not a realist.

Varoufakis: "When a country is invaded I feel moral duty to support people who were invaded " Logical fallacy: a country, especially a vassal corrupt one like Ukraine, is not people living there!

Why do you repeat this rubbish of Putin's imperialistic mindset?! Please quote him on this topic (his statements to be found in the net) not MSM.

If Ukraine gave up after a week it had much brighter future that it will have now.

@edwardkennedy6443 Russia didn't threaten Ukraine. It sold it oil, gas and many other things half price and gave credits. Even Russian- Ukranian state boundary was built at Russian expense. Don't repeat a lie of Ukranian propagandists like Arestovich. How can you believe them?!! They are lying non- stop. Check the sources and documents yourself!

@edwardkennedy6443 Red Army from the USSR broke the backbone of Nazi Germany. USSR was not quite wonderful, but Nazi Germany was much worse. History repeats itself. I despise general Vlasov and his bunch. I know that you know.
