It's false that Khologomor was organised by Stalin to purge Ukrainians. This would be completely against communist ideology of internationalism. I think you follow here blindly Ukranian myths which they created to justify their hatred of Russia.

My grandgrandfather was Ukranian and lived happily in tsarist Russia. My grandfather lived through all tragedies in Soviet Russia. They both were never humiliated or discriminated because of the ethnicity. I just don't understand why this idea of an independent ethically clean Ukraine hostile to Russia was born and supported. It's pure craziness.

@blackandwhiteHelen I have observed with my own eyes as thousands of "ordinary citizens" were jumping as crazy to show that they were not abdominal Moscovites ("Who isn't jumping is a Moscovite"). People just came to a music concert but were instantly ready to humiliate Moscovites. Unfortunately, the dark brown nationalism is a norm in Ukraine and isn't limited to a particular political party. Worse things as such jumping are also accepted without questions.
