  1. I am surprised that the LSE Prof Lukjanov - and LSE surely employed in Moscow only pro-Western liberals loyal to narratives bred in London - is now already carefully pro-Russian. Wau! It means that Russia has won already. There are many better known and sharper thinkers in Moscow: Uralow, Zvwinchuk, Komolow, Devjatov, Schevchenko, Tschelin.... It wasn't the best pick.
