I am Russian and live in Germany. I haven't found anything new about the geopolitics in Putin's speech. All what he said is obvious for most Russians. I think that Putin and Russia are honest and peace seeking. Yet, I can't support even the fair side in a war because I hate war so much and death of civilians or naive mobilised soldiers, even enemies, breaks my heart.
