you mean it will be hard to mine material form the surface of an almost micro gravity environment without worrying about damaging the environment .... where u can basically just blast or drill to your heart's content, use robots to just gather everything, then just drag tons and tons of material without the need for roads and infrastructure.
your argument is flawed to the core, what makes mining so tiresome on earth is becuase someone is usually living on or near what you want, not to mention it is deep underground (all the surface shit has been mined ages ago) and costs SO MUCH just to pay for all the stuff that GETS YOU to the stuff you want to collect, on an ... lets say... asteroid, the material is THERE, all you need is a collection method and THATS it, no worker insurance, to environmental risk, no licenses, no land value no nothing, its just you robots and then off to the refinery
