The former king (who just died) was slowly improving rights for women and getting rid of terrorism. The Saudi-Arabian government doesn't fund terrorism like those rich guys from lets say Kuwait oor Oman.

Finland is not in NATO its in EU and im not quite sure about the co-operation of EU countries if one gets attacked. Finnish national service means in a time of war we would be able to raise an army of about 1 000 000 men. Thats enough for a while. Russian equipment is generally not more advanced than Finnish or any other Europian countrys equipment. Sure Russians got some great modern jets!... YEAH like 5-9 of them and the rest are antique. AND Oh dont forget the Russian massive tank army! Yes they got 700 T-90s and the thousands of other tanks they have are again antique.

If EU had more natural resources there would be less need to be careful with Russia. You have a small point there with Kuwait. But note that Kuwait was invaded by Iraq, not the biggest country in the world which holds much political power. I see it is unlikely that Russia invades again, but you can never be sure enough when you look at the stuff theyve been doing recently. Btw they flew their fucking sukhois in our airspace 2 times this summer without permission same with Sweden. Then there was the Swedish Russian submarine hunt for 2 weeks. just a while ago
