  1. IMHO the President while in office is an Agent of their Principal (the Electorate). Trump was 'on a frolic of his own' when Tweeting outside of formal White House channels and while making illegal payments as part of a fraudulent scheme to silence a porn actress he had an adulterous relationship with. There is by no stretch of the imagination a way to construe these as 'official acts' on behalf of the American People and therefore indemnified. The concept that they are is a tortured lie issued from the most corrupt Supreme Court in the history of the United States. SCOTUS has reduced American law to a laughing stock. Recent rulings by SCOTUS and Cannon are more in keeping with Moscow or a failed-state, banana republic. Disgraceful.
