He deliberately appointed a Republican simp, Merrick Garland to be AG, guaranteeing zero progress in any prosecution of Trump or his co-conspirators of the Sedition Caucus. He left Garland there to do nothing for four years, when he could have fired him at any time and chosen an Acting AG who would do the job of applying the law. This was deliberate. Its a big club. Biden and Trump are in it. We aren't. Biden will go down in history as the second-worst President in American history, right behind the worst one.
