OMG, a sousaphone is essentially a marching tuba. Tubas are crafted in different keys (ex: C, F, B flat), unlike their marching red-headed step sibling. Euphoniums are kinda baby tubas, yes; their step child is the baritone. Trumpets and [French] horns are not related to tubas. All y’all saying the cello ain’t a violin need to check it. The full name is violincello, which is why you might see the name printed as ‘cello. There’s ancient history involved, and if you go back further, you’ll see those great great grandpa pies in the viol consort.
