No one should have to meet diversity quota's and affirmative action is just discrimination based on immutable characteristics, which to me is not what anti racism should be about at all, it's not about equality or equity but perpetuating the very fundamentals of that archaic mindset. Discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sexuality or sex are already against the law just uphold the damn law instead of inventing new ones which make the problem worse.
