  1. If you are a full on trans man have you even still got mammary glands and milk ducts? I've seen some quite horrific images online of young girls mostly who have had double mastectomy's and other surgeries, some who say they have no gender also have such surgeries too! and the tragic thing is beyond the physical and psychological trauma most realise too late that what ever you do to your outside doesn't mean it will heal the damage on the inside! js
