Are hate crimes on the rise or have they just broadened the definition without actually defining it, taking offence isn't evidence of intent! js Oh and how come this only seems to flow one way?

Not all brown or black people are Muslim, there are white Muslims too same as Christianity it's a broad church in a way however there have been an awful lot of children who have been abused and worse at the hands of people who don't seem to either know or acknowledge or care about any of that! js can we address the taught racism in that aspect yet?
