  1. I think they should focus on violent crime and not just catching them but successful prosecutions too.

  2.  @lsmith9249  - I know but shoplifting is more like petty theft, yes it can change into a violent incident but on the whole it is done with guile and no incident, whereas armed robbery, physical assault, rape and murder are a tad more serious methinks.
