  6. Wasn't even an ultimatum, just your everyday emotional backstab. She told him basically that she doesn't care he fought for their marriage for 2 years. Then she's the one stunned when hearing he gave up the fight.

  8. It's always been like this that people judge someone's validity, thus intelligence, by his education. If you people hear some strange viewpoint, first thing you gonna think is what degrees I have. Women though get their degrees and think it will give them access to better men.

  17.  @vsmith6109  Don't take internet advice. There are things in your story that you can't explain even if you wanted to, someone would have to look into your life himself. I don't think that even being a therapists would be enough to figure out everything that's important from their sofa. And then this someone would also need to see through things and understand what's really going on below the surface, AND you would need to listen to that right someone at the correct time, yeah good luck with all of that.

  18. ​ @vsmith6109  The general advice goes in the right direction though. Stuff like try to be pleasant to be around... Questions that you can ask yourself would be whether you see everything that others do for you, or are you too focused on yourself, are you fair when you judge on that, whether if you had a sibling behaving the same you'd wanna be around her, whether you treat others like you want to be treated. Did you ask yourself why you want others to dump you? Or how that makes them feel? Or how you would feel if others did it to you? And how you would feel about others doing the necessary steps to make you dump them?

Yeah, my ex also did everything to avoid conflict, she ran so much from it that it was impossible to solve problems until they piled up and there was no other way than to break up. Your story is supposed to evoke pity, right? But doesn't mean your actions you're telling me about are actually helping the relationship. Your boyfriend might simply be fed up and your self destructive attachment style not even be all that different from the norm, not even the way you describe it, posing you as the big victim that strangely enough is too much of a burden.

  20.  @vsmith6109  So you have a family, involving kids? How old are those? And a divorce behind you? Did you feel like a burden in that marriage as well? Are you actually a burden or do you only feel like one? Is your boyfriend responsible of fostering those feelings, or did your head do it on it's own? Why are you waiting to get dumped instead of leaving? How would your family react if you did one or the other, would there be a different reaction? And if you're trying to get others to dump you, why are you only now getting annoyed not getting your needs met? Why did you choose him in the first place? Or rather both of them, and how did that marriage end? How does it make you feel that he's still not dumping you? You know, there's a million videos on the net about wifes putting divorce papers on the table and being shocked when the husband agrees, they expect him to fight. But if they disrespect him and he doesn't leave, they lose respect for him leading to more disrespect. Again my question, what steps are you taking to get dumped, is it coincidentally disrespect? Poking the bomb while avoiding conflict?

  21.  @vsmith6109  I think you're more responsible than you dare to admit. I'm supposed to take the believe all women route, don't I. But therapists are taught to not believe their stories, guess why. Because the story is designed in a special way to evoke certain feelings and behaviors that gonna benefit you. Of course you are a burden, all women are. But men are ok with that as long as there's appreciation, which unfortunately is given out sparsely and used as a bargain. That's why relationships break. How much are you giving out? When you're trying to get dumped at the same time? It sounds like an employee trying to get fired.

  30. 6:20 yeah was just thinking the same 5s before you said it. If they gonna change every little detail of the story, then call it something new. It's still gonna fail, but I imagine not as hard as destroying a beloved classic.
