  1. I have a much simpler solution to stopping scammers and annoying people that I've been using all my life. It's called not answering your phone when it rings and ignoring everyone. Pretend like they don't even exist. I only answer my phone if I know who's calling. Otherwise it goes to voicemail where I immediately delete the message.
