That is why China will dominate the EV market globally, I've said it many times the western world focuses far too much on selling their cars to the rich. When they should hammer (produce more EVs) that meets (priced) for the lower income families, make EVs cheaper for them and (companies like Tesla to BMW) in the west will eat up the EV market share. But I still see them charging more than £60k for EVs which is crazy with the cost of living still lingering on... Western car.companies need to be more creative and think outside the box (come out of their comfort zones) and compete properly or expect more cars to have that stamp saying Made in china, when it comes to car sales and production. China will dominate and the lazy EU and lazy UK will continue to decline in terms of car production.

Keep telling yourself that 😂😂😂, don't be surprised when you end seeing more Chinese made cars on western roads. Personally I want the western car companies to do better (a lot better) they need to compete and price their EVs better than China. Otherwise do not expect the consumer to buy a £150k BMW EV car, when China will sell an EV car for a lot cheaper on the market globally.

@AmazingDuckmeister yep, I agree they got decimated because of that as well and overall though...the UK is simply not competitive enough.

@hansonlee5847 the market dictates where EV will go, I do not see the west winning this, unless they're creative with EVs and make them affordable there simply no excuse, even with the cost of living. They need to out do China or expect people to look for alternatives dude. I've seen it for my self almost every speakers products for example I've bought on the western market was made in China and I bet that is the same with other products now. The West is slacking. Why can't products be made and sold in the west, why are we allowing China to easily dominate 🤨 to me it doesn't make sense. The writing is on the wall for car companies in the west, if they're too slow to read that, then they have no one else to blame but themselves.

Nope, just you.

@toyotaprius79 I agree, it is not too late. The west can still compete if car companies like Tesla to BMW actually put more effort to produce cars and meet the prices competitively so that both the rich and poor can buy their products. Otherwise you'll be right (the writing is on the wall) and these same western car companies are failing to see that.
