I remember when I used to force my self into ingesting cow's milk when I was younger (not having a single idea as to why my gut and stomach didn't like it) until I learned about lactose 👀 after that I've never consumed cow's milk ever again. So when I discovered rice milk and oatly milk (especially oatly milk) I was relieved, it meant I could/can consume milk again (just without the non-sense that comes from cow's).
