How can the suspect parents and grandparents not see it coming or building towards this....and if it weren't to happen, still parents need to be cautious too. The police...no words for.them. If you see and hear people are telling.you someone is shooting indiscriminately, the police should react quickly and efficiently. Instead they took (a bit) too long to do so. Ultimately, there's so much Americans could learn.

  2. I agree, but... the grandparents and the suspect parents need to be held to account. It is their child (suspect) that committed the senseless evil crime.
