I bet most have given up because they have tried so much to not get any thing back. I can understand that because you'll lose hope when employers do not respond or even throw feedback of what can be done for the person to improve their prospects, most millennials want to succeed in life but...I do not know any more it just seems we are not really given a chance to grow and prosper properly in this type of world economy.

@clubseductive We get the same thing in the UK as well 😶🤷🏿♂️, we go through so many tests and assessments just to not receive a call back 😒

@DIVISIONINCISION Entry jobs in my opinion are a complete waste of time.

Literally, I mean almost affordable rent is still expensive.

I've said this for years now, that university graduates don't mean your guaranteed a job for life in the 21st century, by the way even if you haven't attended University and somehow find a career(that career also isn't for life now) so this triple whammy of a badly handled global/local economy. Also, USA (uniquely) has a terrible social security system compared to Western Europe.

My parents do that, they blame and stress me out about not having the ability to find a lucrative job 😒, despite me trying my hardest and I'm a millennial, each time I've tried I get rejected by the employer literally most of the time even if I fit the role too. It's so strange as well, it's like they look at my resume within a second and then throw it in the trash can 🤷🏿♂️. The second part is trying to re-skill my self or adapt (taking other jobs I will not like to earn some form of money for a little while until the opportunity comes). Still, it does not satisfy anyone in my family, because I still haven't made it big in my late 20s, they literally expect me to have it all figured out at such a young age. I'm literally at crossroads with my career path/life 🤷🏿♂️
