  1. I've got allergies (I'm allergic to pollen, pets and nuts, soya), i used to use decongestants for years, this year decongestants just doesnt work on my body anymore. So i went back on antihistamines (prescribed by my doctor on a higher dosage now). So the only way i can tolerate even just pets alone is too make sure I've taken my antihistamines before i even interact with them, otherwise, my immune system starts barking up the wrong tree inside of me.
